A healthy milkshake!

Need something to wash down those tasty Energy Bites?  How about a frothy, chilled milkshake!  The following recipe is for no ordinary milkshake, oh no.  This milkshake is better for you than anything you can get at a fast food place.

Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

4 ice cubes

1/2 cup whole milk (or soy milk, or almond milk)

1/2 ripe banana

2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

2 teaspoons agave nectar, maple syrup, or honey


Pulse ice cubes in a blender to crush.  Add all the other ingredients.  Blend until frothy.
