5 Ways to Make the Time Fly at Your Practice 5K!

Hi Girls!

This is it. The practice 5K! Are you excited? Some girls love this GOTR practice most of all and some are kind of scared at the thought of running 3 whole miles. Here are 5 things you can do when you’re not sure you can run another step:

1)      Skip for a lap

2)      See how fast you can run the straightaways and then walk the curves

3)      Sing your favorite song at the top of your lungs

4)      Get a buddy and race each other a lap

5)      Do a GOTR cheer after each lap to motivate yourself to do another lap
