Who likes junk food? Ice cream, candy, chips soda? ME TOO!! But what I also like is to be healthy! If you take care of your body by feeding it good food, your body will be able to work harder for longer! Here are some easy ways to be healthy!

Drink 8 glasses of water a day!

Drink a glass of milk everyday!

Eat lots of yummy veggies like carrot sticks, spinach and broccoli!

Eat lots of delicious fruits like strawberries, oranges and apples!

Eat foods with protein like meat, tofu or even PEANUT BUTTER!

Remember to vary your diet and try not to eat too much junk food!
