Keeping your girls healthy!

Healthy eating habits are important! It is crucial to teach your GOTR girl to be healthy now while they are young! I’ve attached some articles and websites that have a bunch of healthy eating tips for you and your family! Remember to be a good example to your girl by drinking lots of water and eating a varied diet of fruits, veggies and protein, and don’t forget the dairy!

One of my personal favorite snacks is a cheese stick, some cut up green peppers and a glass of chocolate milk!
