Can you believe that in just two more days we will all be running in the 5K!!?? I can’t believe how fast the season has gone by!! How awesome!!

Are you ready for the race?? Are you excited?? I AM!!!

Remember to eat a really good dinner the night before and a healthy breakfast and lunch the day of! Drink lots of water starting RIGHT NOW!! You want to be super hydrated!

Where a costume that has to do with GOTR but make sure it is super comfortable and easy to run in! Don’t forget your tennis shoes!!!

Remember to have your running buddy with you at all times throughout the race!!

We are going to have SO MUCH FUN!!!!
