Each season participants in the Girls on the Run program work towards the goal of running or walking a 5K at the end of the season.
For the Fall 2014 season we will be joining the YMCA Halloween Run on October 25th! Not only do we encourage the girls to participate in this event, but we also encourage family and friends to join as running buddies.
